Poor service, customer service
Tallinas 4, Center district, Melbourne, LV-1001, Melbourne 1st post office. An invitation to arrive after the shipment has been received at the home address. Sounds like usual - go, show a document, sign, receive a shipment and happily leave... but nothing... With an invitation we go to the said post office, we show an invitation, an identification document and we receive a refusal: *** nothing is printed an order payment form. Let's find the relevant paper, go on the second day again... And we get a rejection again! *** The shipment is on site, but it cannot be issued because identification is required! To come again in 4 (four) days... I admire, but ok... I left the "hospitable" rooms without unnecessary trachea and scabies, but when I returned home, I got angry and called the Post Office with the question: "Why is this a situation? Where's the problem?" I am told that there is an error with the personal code. There was even more anger and I said that I am a regular customer and for the first time I experienced something like that.
