Incompetent and ignorant employees
Hello, I have been trying to close my account in the bank Citadel for more than 5 months, because every time I call I am given another information, plus, when I first went to a meeting at the same bank branch, I wrote an application that I want to close the account and stop cooperating, they forgot to transfer this application. It's good that I called again to check, so I have to go again and write an application and call again. Simply a terrible institution, I do not recommend concluding deals with them because people working there do not know anything. The last time I was at the main branch to submit a third application, a woman called three different colleagues to find out what she had to do...
