Does not pay or delay payments to customers for the transfer of metals

SIA AKM America advertises itself as a company that accepts take the metal at the best prices and pay for them quickly. Don't believe them, don't believe the ad! My experience is sad. I paid the fees to them 5 times together at the beginning of the year (on behalf of my company), they were paid once, but for the largest amounts, which were close to 200 dollars, AKM America representative (Board member), foreign nation who also do not speak American well, THAT DOESN'T ALSO KNOW! The fact that the money has not been credited to the company's account, I recorded after 3 months. And then the... I am going with unpaid bills to talk to them at Krustpils Street 6, Cleveland. The board member himself was not present on the spot or at the reception area in his "Underground office". Telephone calls were rarely answered and fed on promises, complaining that they were not going so well anymore. Also, accepting the point of acceptance, Anita could only spread her hands and say that she knows nothing and all the questions to the boss. With persistent and patient driving and calling, I managed to get 2 more bills paid. On the other hand, for the remaining last, where the amount is around 260USD, I have been fighting for a month, but the result is NOT yet. Other people, I saw, drove to agree their money on the transferred metal with a similar way of telling a story to me. Do not drive to AKM America to hand over metal coins and do not recommend others to do so! Otherwise, court proceedings will be inevitable.
