I have tried 2 days around the clock probably 100 times thee will not answer.They will not give me any way to talk to them. Online will not help my issue I’m been sick and they have stressed me out to a bad point!!!!! User’s recommendation: No don’t use direct express.

I did not re-order a lost card correctly and now I cannot reach a human for the life of me to help resolve the matter theres no website or email I have to rely on the phone and its blocking me I believe
Order new debit card updated my info also had my direct express app closed put and explained to me how to reopen a new online account
