Lost/stolen card

Lost card having troubling talking to person. I’ve tried for 3 days to speak with so.eone I desperately need a replacement card expedited. Last transaction on my card should be boost mobile. Can’t get into my mobile app to check on anything it keeps saying it’s already been activated but it is not User’s recommendation: not right now I would not.
where is my mobile app. how do you expect me to load anything on here with my mobile app I cannot get into.
I just need my account verified so I can at least have some type of money in my pocket until the new User’s recommendation: Never get another card sent out unless you already have some money.
