My friend hasnt received her new card in the mail yet she paid $13 dollars to have a new sent to her in 2 days. When she calls the customer service it says theres no active account and also says her social number can not be found
Markia Stanton filed a dispute with her bank and they deducted 180 dollars on July 1st then 250 dollars on July 2 out my bank account. I need to file a dispute against her I want my money back.
I called and ordered a replacement card and it was supposed to expidete in 2 days its been 5 days and never received it.
