Quick Loss of Customers
I have been a Viasat customer for 2 years, now I am in a situation where I can't pay the required amount for a gold package + a second decoder. I called Viasat customer service and they simply say, "We can't help you because nothing can change in your case! If you want to cancel our services, you have to pay a penalty!" Then what about a company that can't do a bit to meet its customers and understand the current situation. I don't think I'm the only one who can't pay anything right now! It's sad that there are entrepreneurs who don't care about customer retention...
