Slow shipping for an urgent needed product.

I installed a new sensor and moments later began coming around the sensor. I called DEXCOM for a repl;acement because it was my last sensor before I was able to get new one from Walgreens. Skin rash after using G6. Then, they apparently have outsourced their consumer relations department to India.

Skin rash after G6. Complained. Then I get a questionnaire on a pdf on which I can’t respond. Then I get calls from “customer service” from India where they merely read from a script after I ask them to repeat themselves because I can’t understand them. Dexcom must have gotten a real deal. A joke.
