Misleading customers. Poor service. Avoidance of liability.

Needed to buy contact stepels in a long line of store outlets There were no items and the seller sent me home to make an order from my computer? If I was already a clown! I log in at home, receive the order and pay for the store, after 40 minutes the bill comes back, if non-payment cancels the order? The case did not come as described!
