I had impression made, it fell out of molding plate. The assistant put the mold back in the plate to see if it was accepted. When the teeth were made, they were square in front and off centered. All payments were made electronically through my financial institution’s bill payer functions. The next month’s statement from DF said I still owed $2, and had no record of the previous months 2 simultaneous one time payments ONE FOR $73+ and one for $2.
