Bad Service overall

The service over all is disgusting. Bought a washing machine and after a month the lid broke. Called service center, waited forever for technician to come out. Waiting for over 1 month for a new fridge.

My new fridge that I purchased was faulty and the Defy Technician told me it will have to be replaced.This was in May that o logged the fault. A few weeks later They did send a fridge but it was dented!! If I wanted a scratch and dent fridge, I would have bought from a second hand... Read more➤
