Humiliating customer service

Unprofessional and degrading customer service at the front desk. I was served by an administrator. I wanted a double room for the night - instead I was given a disabled room. Please change the room to another and I was given a single room, although there were other rooms available, the hotel was empty! all windows dark. And the price of a single room in this hotel was the same as the price of a double room. It is very unfortunate that such spies work in the human service industry.
