When I canceled they gave me back a little less then half my pymnt back

When I canceled my insurance the Reo said nothing would come out of my account, 2 days later it did come out, When I called I got a robot Supervisor who continued to tell me the same thing over and over,You are not getting the whole amount back we have fees for when you cancel,

Worst experience ever..

I bought their insurance and paid for it..6 months later they sent me a notice thru a debt collection agency stating i owe them $140.96 but the insurance was canceled at the end of the contract.. They are a scam
