This place is a joke. It is understaffed standing only for well over 2 hours. No chairs. Not equipped for disabled. Poor service. No phlebtomist showed up for work after I drove 20 miles to donate

Drove 20 miles to donate and when I got there none of their phlebtomist showed up for work. Now I’m out my time and gas. This place if a joke. User’s recommendation: Find another company to donate at.
