I called the number, operator picked up, transferred me to troubleshooting support, no one picked up, left a message, after 1 hour got a call back from troubleshooting department who actually helped a lot. User’s recommendation: Would have to leave a voice message & wait for a call back.

Very cheap parts. Spent a lot on hvac replacing parts. Do not recomend. Furnace tech said never to buy crown again. Also he said the cast iron cracks a lot. He recommended utica firnaces. We learned the hard way. Spend more on a good furnace with good parts. Crown shoulde have a class action lawsuit
