Lack of communication with company

Need to find a charcoal filter for Criterion Over The Range Microwave. Model CMH16G1B Purchased in 2016. No part numbers in User’s Manual. Employee at Menards could not find part number. Said microwave was discontinued. I still need a filter There was not one in the microwave when we bought the house. Thank You
