Phoned to renew my subscription. Gave banking info as requested from your representative. She told me to call back in 2 days. Didn’t say why. Receiving duplicate copies

Receiving duplicate copies I was told I had to wait until my subscription ran out. NOT HELPFUL!!!!! I was not asking for a refund …… Only wanted to exchange for another magazine.. User’s recommendation: Unknown.
