Cannot get a phone # to call about a double subscription

I HATE this supposed CUSTOMER SERVICE Site!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you not have a phone # to call????????????????????not everyone has a computer you know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
