Poor Service & no food

08/06/21 Arrived for lunch at 11:02 a.m., doors locked until 11:05. second people in. Sat at a back booth &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ordered food. Waitress stated line was down &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; it would be a few minutes, she was having to hand write the order. Many people were seated around us & ordered & were fed.
