Ripped us OFF with the promise of lifetime membership

PAID MORE THAN $500.00 FOR LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP AND THEY ALSO OPERATED THE GARDENING CLUB.THEY DIASPEARED WITH NO NOTICE. Failure to provide services promised

I have been a lifetime member since February 2011 and then suddenly no further correspondence from them. I paid big bucks for this membership and I demanded an answer as to why they just stopped providing service. Can we sue? Looking for attorney to take case User’s recommendation: Stay away from them.
