This morning, I parked my car in Maxima's parking lot on Vienibas gatve, put a leaflet u with time and went to the next authority to transfer documents, the maximum time of 20 minutes which I did not. Within 20 minutes, a fine of 35 USDO was imposed behind the glass. It turns out that I turned the leaflet to the other side, where the time was indicated incorrectly. Why 35 and where are the penalty pricing? I understand everything, 10.15 dollars, but not 35.
