My name is Gwen Kohout. I purchased a mini refrigerator online from Conn’s Plus on September 3rd. I received an email on September 4th stating that the refrigerator was out of stock until October 20th. I needed a refrigerator immediately since my main one in my house went out on me. I placed an order on august 21. I have yet to receive my products. After many calls and a trip to the Dallas warehouse I was told one of the items isn’t even available anymore. Poor service

Worst online store. Deadlines are not included - for customers with 2 men. The website writes delivery within 10 days of receiving the transfer after 10 days of the call. The operator is very indifferent, carelessly responsible. It is also not possible to receive it on the spot, the money returns for the same length of time! 100% do not recommend this store unless you have the patience to wait a month minimum. The people who work there are not even trying to help. Fuii.
