Delivery policy

I applied and received a conns card for 4500 in credit. I needed 3 dressers. I go into conns in Lewisville Tx. I didn’t want a bedroom suite just dressers. I have settled on my account. I paid it. I am trying to get something showing that the account was settled and 0 balance. The frustration to get this is information is terrible. Poor service

Worst online store. Deadlines are not included - for customers with 2 men. The website writes delivery within 10 days of receiving the transfer after 10 days of the call. The operator is very indifferent, carelessly responsible. It is also not possible to receive it on the spot, the money returns for the same length of time! 100% do not recommend this store unless you have the patience to wait a month minimum. The people who work there are not even trying to help. Fuii.
