Samsung refrigerator

Bought this refrigerator on May 24, 2021. On JULY 28th, it began to make a noise. We called the service center, they told us to call Samsung warranty. Samsung took 3 days to come out and tell us the COMPRESSOR is out on our BRAND NEW FRIDGE! Samsung will “replace” it, but WE DIDNT PURCHASE A REFURBISHED... Read more➤

Poor service

Worst online store. Deadlines are not included - for customers with 2 men. The website writes delivery within 10 days of receiving the transfer after 10 days of the call. The operator is very indifferent, carelessly responsible. It is also not possible to receive it on the spot, the money returns for the same length of time! 100% do not recommend this store unless you have the patience to wait a month minimum. The people who work there are not even trying to help. Fuii.
