Hello! I would like to draw attention to the fact that we do not always pay for what we use. I use the AuMobile mobile connection tariff FREEDOM. I practically do not use the Internet on my phone. In June, the limit of 50MB was spent and a message arrived with a request to send the AMOUNT to the number 1688. Three days later came a confirmation message that the service has been granted. In fact, I have not made any request in any way. I contacted the AuMobile operator both by phone and in writing - the answer was that the application has been received and cannot be changed in the system. You can apply for anything, you cannot cancel the service. You have to go to the customer service center, write an application, etc... who has free time to do it. However, you can apply with the help of SMS, accidentally pressing something on your phone, their systems accept it, the refusal is not accepted, even if the customer immediately requests it and even insists!
