I was told by a customer service representative that it takes 14 days for a payment to reach them via mail from Mississippi. I’ve noticed that my payments are posted exactly one day after the due date. This results in a $29 charge plus 38 late fee. User’s recommendation: Do not use Comenity Bank, try another ssource.

Wife in Vegas without me and can not use our reward points, even though Comenity-Bank flagged the account with a note saying she could.
