Payment posting

I was told by a customer service representative that it takes 14 days for a payment to reach them via mail from Mississippi. I’ve noticed that my payments are posted exactly one day after the due date. This results in a $29 charge plus 38 late fee. User’s recommendation: Do not use Comenity Bank, try another ssource.

“fraud” agent stated it’s at 0.00 balance but on my credit report shows deliquent for $1750.00 he advised me I had a $0.00 balance.

I knew it had been paid off immediately after the dental surgery. Smile Dentistry. The customer service agent cut me off while trying to explain and hung up the call. No App to monitor Charge account & no joint account

Wife in Vegas without me and can not use our reward points, even though Comenity-Bank flagged the account with a note saying she could. Very disappointed and frustrated, will definitely be canceling the charge account. Too bad they will be losing a very good customer. User’s recommendation: Do not open up a Comenity Visa account.
