Cable grounded

Cable grounded. Called customer care 10 days ago. Ticket number 05290****. Nobody turned up. Need urgent care
Apparently 2accounts in my name but the ssn does not match and the automated system sucks keeps hanging up. I dont even have service with comcast and WAS just trying to get it guess I will not User’s recommendation: Go somewhere else.
Comcast is impossible to get a hold of and speak to a live Human trying to get a ahold of a human at Comcast is like pulling teeth out of a pissed-off rhinoceros it ain’t going to happen *** no I wouldn’t recommend anybody to contest

Cant talk to a live person. The annoying computer drone keeps repeating the same old crap no matter what number I call. Please call me or Ill find another carrier.

Having just spent 2 hours to simply process a simple request I can definitively say that your on-line processes do not best serve your customers.
