Product fail

I bought a box of Color Oops Extra Strength from Target for $10.52. It only turned my dyed black hair a slightly lighter shade. Something in a near black brown. Very disappointed. User’s recommendation: Seek a professional.

It obviously didn’t work

I bought 2 boxes. I prepped everything correctly… made sure I followed the directions to a T. Only to have my hair turn into a complete disaster. I feel defeated and extremely disappointed. User’s recommendation: Use at your own risk.
