ID Furniture Company: KLZ Pty. was not satisfied with several things in customer service: 1. A courier who offered to deliver the closet by announcing it the day before that the closet will be delivered tomorrow from 8:00 to 10:00, which is not a suitable time for working people, and arranging a sudden holiday is not easy. after the talks, a more appropriate time was arranged in the office at 15:00. the courier spoke in a grossly intolerant tone and did not offer compromises when it was said that it was not possible to arrange the holiday so suddenly. 2. The pictures on the website do not correspond to reality, I ordered a cabinet (see the picture), I received another with a different layout of the shelves. (a cabinet with such a shelf arrangement in other stores costs on average 40-50 dollars cheaper) 3. that we received a closet that we did not want to understand only whenwhen we opened the packages.
