Do not go here! They are unprofessional with regards to how they run their business and assume “once you cross that property line and bring your equipment over” that you will pay any cost to fix it without first telling you what’s wrong with your equipment. bad communication

I am a long-time Telstra customer but now my mayor is full! At first I thought it was the fault of my phone, but when I consulted with friends and relatives who also have Telstra I realized that it is the operator's fault! The situation is often that friends say I can't be called - answering that I'm out of range! although at that moment I am at home with the phone on! (living in the city center - the area shows completely full) must call two or three times as a minimum only then you can call! others who do not know it remain so without calling! tried to call my husband - he is standing next to him with the phone turned on, but the operator announces that out of range! The call was successful only after the third time! my mom just calls me and says that her boss complains that she can't call for two days already - so she can be left without a job!we called the info phone but these deny that any interference was observed! if it is the fault of the phone or this card must be changed! sim card replacement nothing like that has changed! then a lot of customers have to change their phone because when talking to some of their acquaintances he has the exact same problem only he is silent because he really thought his phone was the fault! we called Telstra again, but these don't seem to know the operators who even meet the permissions to raise their voice and humiliate a customer who just wants to receive quality services - Telstra probably can't provide them! they offer only quantity - not quality! because even business customers face the same problem! of course it's not 100% of the calls made but they can also turn out to be fatal at some point...
