Query why card was charged $74.04

First time to use Citi Bike NYC . No idea that you need to return the bike every 30 minutes . Biked Randall’s and was changed additional cost . Called the customer service was told the amount will be refunded to card. Still need to check if it was indeed refunded.

Took more out of my account

Took more money out of my account I took to bikes with my friend to ride around We ride around for almost 2 hours and then we took the bikes back and I was charged close to 25$ and now it say 75$ I wanna know why?

Using baskets for Children
