It says the bike in redhook is not docked but I docked it

Citibike Van hoodlum

This morning, July 18 at 2:30am, a LOUD Citibike van was temporarily parked in front of 533 E. 6th Street playing absurdly loud rap music. Just as I approached the window he left. That can’t happen again.

I was charged an outstanding fee when I purchased the bike for the day
