My child charged adult ticket price

Time of move

I bought tickets for space jam for today and it said the movie was at 2:15, I got in the theatre at 2:05 and the movie was already playing . Was really sad and stressful as it was my sons first Movie .. was wondering why that happened and feel like I should b reimbursed
