Why it doesn't work 100%
Don't private homeowners really have to clear snow tracks and sprinkle sand on footpaths that pass his private property. And roads where there is a road sign where a person can move along the entire width of the road. As far as my mine they are not cleaned everywhere. Maybe the police are doing a bad job - because they don't punish landlords who don't. People go falling, breaking legs, arms, etc. Once I had called the Police and reported when at the railway station Turiba parking lot empty but the green area full of car. To which the Police answered me by phone - if I want this place to be vaccinated independently, I have to write a request to the Chief of the Municipal Police. I do not understand whether or not you can do it yourself if you see when you can earn for the State. As well as full courtyards of apartment buildings where cars are parked on the lawn or on children's playgrounds.
