I received an ipad 2 cover with a bluetooth keyboard for Christmas. Immediately upon opening it, I plugged in the charger and the circuit board inside snapped. I notified customer service the following day. Then I had the (mis)fortune of having 5 different customer service representatives proceed to email me and tell me that I needed to ship the product to them at my own expense and that they would refund me with store credit. I told them that reputable online sites had a postage paid return policy, especially with a defective product. Then the last customer service representative told me that they really had a return policy of SEVEN DAYS, and because I had not responded within a week, I could no longer return the product. Stay away. There are much better sites that have similar deals. They sell defective merchandise and have no desire to make things right with a customer.
