Employee Attitudes
Hello! On Friday, February 15, when I received a call from telemarketing employee "Zanes", I was confused. The first question this employee asked was, "What channels do you watch?", Wanting to know the cost of their services and telling what we have heard before, the employee raised her voice. Asking for a change of tone, the girl shouted, “You are crazy! Calm down! Take Validol and go to bed! ”. When I wanted to find out the girl's true identity, she hung up. As this situation angered me, I tried to call someone in charge of this company. I called a woman, who only after an insistent prayer to name a name, admitted that her Julia. When telling about what had happened, Julia made him wait, talking to a nearby person in the background. After waiting several minutes, the woman said that she should write the application to the mailbox. Asked about the legal address to which to write the application, the employee denied that he did not know the address and avoided further communication. Unfortunately, this attitude towards the customer is unforgivable, so it is one of the main reasons why I am sure that I will not change my television operator. I also encourage others, when receiving calls from Viasat employee Zanes, to think about whether this is the only treatment for the customer or for the company as a whole.
