I’ve been ordering from chewy.com for at least 6 years. I’ve never had any problems with them. Since January 2021 I have consistently been getting boxes that are packaged very poorly. It looks like they threw the items in and threw the brown paper on top instead of using it to fill in spaces in the box...

My veterinarian won’t give the ok to buy our meds from chewy without collecting a $15 fee per prescription. If we have to pay that its cheaper to buy from them. I’m assuming that’s why they do that. User’s recommendation: Check with your vet before ordering.
I have tried 7 X to get CHEWY to accept and acknowledge a special diet food prescription for my pet cat. Their customer service cannot help, they tell me it is “above their pay grade”. For some reason they accepted a second scrip for a wet version of this special food, but not for the dry product.....
