I've been ordering from chewy.com for at least 6 years. I've never had any problems with them. Since January 2021 I have consistently been getting boxes that are packaged very poorly. It looks like they threw the items in and threw the brown paper on top instead of using it to fill in spaces in the box so the items do not move around. When this is done with cases of canned food, you get crushed and dented cans. User's recommendation: Don't order canned food.
