My complaint is more about the shipping rather than the product. They used Fed Ex. The went to 3 different towns in Ohio then it finally made its way to Connecticut where it sat for 5 days. Please, Please Please stop using Fed Ex… they are horrible

Poor Service
A week ago, I ordered a package from Monki's website and marked the point where I received the Dpd. Today, trying to track, I see that the package will be here soon, but after three hours everything changes and a message appears - the shipment failed to be delivered. I have not received any calls or messages as to why this has happened. If you didn't look at yourself, you wouldn't know anything. I wrote a complaint, hopefully something will change, but I haven't received the message yet.
