Ordered a bracelet and received the wrong one. Wanted to exchange for the one I wanted and had purchased at 30% off. I emailed customer service and was told they dont do exchanges. I have not got my order it have now been six weeks if you cannot give my order ,return my money back they are still taken money ofter my card. I don’t know you tell me .this order is ear rings. I have ever this problem before.
Have a $100 gift card that was not accepted. They could not tell me balance wants me to email number to get new card but cant tell me how long this will take. User’s recommendation: Bad business.
Poor Service
A week ago, I ordered a package from Monki's website and marked the point where I received the Dpd. Today, trying to track, I see that the package will be here soon, but after three hours everything changes and a message appears - the shipment failed to be delivered. I have not received any calls or messages as to why this has happened. If you didn't look at yourself, you wouldn't know anything. I wrote a complaint, hopefully something will change, but I haven't received the message yet.
