Delayed response to a call
I called the municipal police in the hope that they would come to help control the balamutes / drinkers who have to be at the windows of the apartment! Late evening of a normal working day (23. 48)! (it was also the time of the call) I listened to shouting for another 30 minutes! The troublemakers finally figured out that time was running out. On the other hand, rpp arrived on call only after 53 minutes, of course, the company was a long time ago... Is this a normal response time?
