Cheating and Fraud do not sent goods

We search in alibaba and looked at gold member mark in CCDCAM and we trust to them, we request a PI and remitte the amount 2450 USD, after a while she and he (Jasmin and Sydney ) receive the money and dont sent my order (IP camera) and now arround 2 week they never pickup the phone and make their phone switched off .and never respond to my email.
