Don’t accept their assessment of your totaled vehicle they seem to greatly undervalue your total loss, get a copy of their assessment to check for incorrect evaluation.

"I kept trying to put my bid on at reserve price and would confirm it and it would just go back to the auto bid price which was $3600 $100 more then next highest bidder, I never confirmed my bid@ $3600"
