You installed a new modem a couple of months ago. The service has been abysmal. Even worse than before. After going through innumerable and frustrating attempts at getting help, 18 minutes of messages, I was disconnected again. This service is the only utility that I have that is consistently terrible. My internet has NOT WORKED FOR A YEAR…SINCE BEGINNING. I HAVE STRUGGLED THRU…HAVING IT DISCONNECT EVERY MINUTE. AFTER 5 TRIPS OF TECH JUST TELLING ME IT WORKS, IT FINALLY MIGHT BE.
