Terrible absolutely terrible service and no one to help.

You installed a new modem a couple of months ago. The service has been abysmal. Even worse than before. After going through innumerable and frustrating attempts at getting help, 18 minutes of messages, I was disconnected again. This service is the only utility that I have that is consistently terrible. Im so damn mad at Century Link I could yank this DSL line out and through it in the garbage. But I know that it would take hours and hours to explain I dont want the service. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer support. User's recommendation: Don’t use Century Link.
