Need bill corrected

My bill is wrong . I cannot get through to any representative or cooperate offices . What is going on? I need a rep to call me 330786**** ASAP.
Well after I finally get through the automated options to try to talk to a real person then it takes me to Please hold while we transfer you and then hangs up every time ?!

Poor Service
