Third company somehow got possession of number. CenturyLink is trying to get number back and the move it on to Spectrum. Now that third company became involved, CenturyLink’s inability to release the number is understandable. Both CenturyLink and Spectrum are working together to resolve this issue begun on July 8.

Poor Service
