Very poor service
There have been problems with Viasat since the beginning of June. Disconnects the service for no reason, all bills paid. Leave me without television for two months and ignore communication with me. All the while there was a record function for three months, the inability of these functions to fulfill what they are responsible for me in the contract it is not specified. I am currently sitting again without television. Very poor communication. Very unprofessional and rude employees. I have been a Giasat customer for 9 years and for the first time I encountered such problems. I started thinking about whether I should terminate the contract because they do not provide the contracted services
