Unkind customer service
I would like to share our experience of "excellent" customer service. I bought an MTPL policy via the Internet, but unfortunately it turned out that the data registered by the CSDD will not appear. I went to find out the situation at the branch on Victory Street 2. They could not find the necessary information in their database and said that a bank payment order was required. I went again the next day with the required document. As I walked through the branches of the branch, I heard a remark dedicated to myself: "Shiites are dragging again." The attitude on the part of the employee was as if she was showing her money and was generally very unkind. A solution to my problem was also not found. I turned to the helpline for help and showed that the problem could be solved within a minute and the attitude of the employee was very nice and responsive. Public "FUI" Victory 2 branch.
