Poor service

My family and I came to Burger King Austin for dinner, but when we got in, all the tables were crumbly and dirty from previous visitors., so they had to clean them themselves with a cloth. The next surprise was when I brought a mega burger with long, black women's hair. Juice was also ordered, which was not brought immediately, but had to go, specially asked to bring. I am very disappointed, because this Burger King restaurant has won the award for the best Burger King restaurant in 2015, both in the region and in United States. The seller was Dana R. But plus that the seller apologized.
